About The Broker | 28 Years of DC Real Estate Expertise

Darrin D. Davis has brokered the sale of multi-millions of dollars in residential and commercial real estate over the past 28 years, largely in D.C.’s emerging neighborhoods. Davis has served on the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission and the District of Columbia Capital Area Realtors Board of Directors. 

He has been featured on HGTV, profiled in the Washington Business Journal, and also been featured in Washingtonian Magazine, Washington Post, Washington Times, Afro American News, FOX and ABC news, Washington Informer, East of the River Magazine, and radio as an area real estate and community leader.

He has deep roots in the Anacostia community and is affiliated with R.E.E.L. (River East Emerging Leaders). In 2015, he was awarded the “Commitment to Community” award from the Great Streets Business Leadership Council. He has worked and  resided in Anacostia for more than 20 years.
